Health Passport Info:
All individuals entering the stadium are required take the daily health check to report body temperature and health status. A green ‘cleared’ screen must be shown upon arrival for admission into the stadium.
This daily check is reported through the Ohio State mobile app or https://compass.osu.edu/health-reporting.
Facemasks:
Face masks are required to be worn. Masks may only be removed, temporarily, for photos and when at least six feet distance can be maintained.
Masks must be fabric or disposable surgical-style masks that cover the nose and mouth. Bandanas, scarves, gaiters, buffs and the like are not acceptable. Masks that have exhalation valves with or without filters may not be worn on campus.
Clear face shields may only be worn in combination with an approved face mask. Costume masks are also not considered appropriate and are prohibited from being worn.
Symptoms of COVID-19
A daily health check is the most effective way to monitor for symptoms of COVID-19, which include the following:
A fever of 100°F or higher
Respiratory symptoms, such as dry cough or shortness of breath
Vomiting or diarrhea
Muscle or body ache
Chills
Loss of taste or smell
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure. Keep in mind, many people with COVID-19 have mild symptoms and are able to recover at home.
If you have had COVID -19 (Coronavirus) it is important to know:
Coronavirus may cause heart muscle inflammation called myocarditis
Vigorous exercise with myocarditis can increase risk for heart rhythm problems
Once viral symptoms resolve, it is important to slowly increase the intensity of your exercise being aware of any heart symptoms
If you have heart symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, abnormal heart beats, near passing out or passing out, please seek medical help.
Health Reporting Process
1. Take your temperature.
2. Log in to the health reporting tool via compass.osu.edu or the Ohio State app.
In the COVID-19 health reporting section, record your temperature and answer other health reporting questions.
3. Receive your daily health passport. This passport is good for entry to all open buildings during the day it was submitted.
RED = Stay home
GREEN = Clear to come to campus
