Congratulations, Sacramento State grads! To schedule your portrait session with GradImages, please fill out the form below and select the time period of your choice. Portrait sessions will be held at the Leslie and Anita Harper Alumni Center on Sacramento State’s campus at the corner of College Town Drive and Stadium Drive. The portrait sitting is free. If you wish to purchase your photographs, you can choose from print and digital packages (prices range from under $20 to $100). You will receive a confirmation e-mail, sent to the email address you provide, as a reminder. Thank you.

Important information: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. Do not arrive earlier, because there is no waiting area or changing/dressing area. Please arrive ready to take your portrait (hair, makeup, cap and gown ready). As a reminder, face coverings are required on campus. Please be prepared to follow physical distancing guidelines. You may remove your face covering as your portrait is being taken. Due to current safety considerations, portrait sessions are for 2020 and 2021 graduates only; we unfortunately cannot accommodate family, friends, or significant others in portrait sessions.
Cap and gown: If you need to purchase your cap and gown, please do so immediately. Cap and gown may be purchased online from the ASI Student Shop (delivery may take 7-10 days; delivery before appointment is not guaranteed): https://asistudentshop.com/
Please note, cap and gown are suggested but not required for your photo session. If you would like to wear your own outfit, please consider clothing that would look best on a gray backdrop and a green backdrop with gold Sacramento State logos.

Parking: Parking is available near the Harper Alumni Center in Lot 8. Parking permits are required to park on campus.
